Assessment/Evaluation
Array of Hope Outreach Center conducts private and confidential assessments/evaluations in one-on-one sessions with the purpose of making a diagnosis; this is usually the initial phase of the treatment process. The assessment includes but is not limited to:- Social and Biographical Information
- Direct Observation
- Data from Psychological Test
