Medication Management
Medication Management is an important tool for developing and maintaining stable mental and behavioral health. The clinicians at Array of Hope Outreach Center monitors the medications used by the client to confirm that the client is compliant with the medication regimen. Monthly scheduled appointments usually help to keep track of potential side effects and progress involving the client. Medication management may include, but is not limited to:- Educating the client and their family on the proper dosage, frequency and side effects of prescribed medications.
